Can I return a product?
No, we do not accept returns on any product under any circumstances.
What is your replacement policy?
Replacement is allowed only if you have a complete unboxing video — recorded from the moment you start opening the package to the point where you finish using/testing the product. Without this video, no replacement request will be entertained.
Why is an unboxing video required?
The unboxing video serves as proof of the product's condition at the time of delivery. It must be a continuous, unedited recording from the start of unboxing to the end of product usage/testing.
How do I submit a replacement request?
